Last Minute Reservations
A $9 fee for visits scheduled with less than 12 hours notice to compensate us for adjusting our schedule to accommodate yours.
A $20 fee will apply for all overnights & house sits scheduled with less than 48hr notice.
Short Notice Fee/Reservation Changes
48 hour or less notice: Subject to $10 surcharge to compensate our sitters, who must adjust their schedules to accommodate last-minute reservations.
24 Hours or less notice: Subject to $20 surcharge.
All reservation changes may be subject to $10 change fee to compensate our sitters, who must adjust their schedules to accommodate the change.
Additional Services
Pet Supply Pickup/Miscellaneous Errands:
$31 per hour surcharge if we need to take care of errands, buy your pet food and supplies of any kind.
$40 per hour charge for any additional time spent at the property due to unexpected event - emergency/security/disaster situation.
Unneeded Visit
If we arrive at your home for a scheduled visit and are turned away due to someone being home, the full visit fee applies.
Additional Review Meeting
Review meeting – Moved to a new house, have a new pet, or you’d like to review care? We will be happy to meet with you again. $20
